International deliveries are subject to a shipment charge, whose amount will depend on the weight and the size of the package and the shipping address. International orders are either sent via registered Turkish Postal Services or by international courrier services such as DHL, TNT and FedEx.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal /courrier service in the destination country and galeri santim cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal/courrier service or customs checks at destination, The buyer is responsible for all customs charges and duties that may occur. The buyer will be provided with a tracking number for the placed order when it gets dispatched.


Delivery time depends on the availability of the product at the time of order. If ordered product is in the stock we will ship it within a week, otherwise we endeavour to ship the product in 20 working days.



galeri santim reserves the right to change, or modify pricing. Prices can be affected by sudden fluctuations in currency and market conditions. Galeri santim cannot be held responsible for price fluctuations.


Return and Exchange Policy

All international sales are final.

However, if the purchased product has a structural fault, buyers should contact galeri santim in order to return items that comply with the return conditions, together with the accompanying gifts, warranties (if applicable) and receipts.

If the item in question qualifies with the conditions of return, galeri santim will carry on either with an exchange, or refund procedure in which case the total amount paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer.


If the delivery is made by a courier service, the buyer should only accept the parcel after having checked the state of the purchased item without causing any damages to the original packaging. In case of damages, or problems that might have occurred during delivery, the buyer should obtain a written statement from the delivery person. galeri santim is not responsible for damages caused by the courier services.

If the receipt of an item to be returned belongs to a corporate, the same corporate is requested to provide a return invoice.


galeri santim is not responsible for deformations, breaks, damages etc. resulting from the usage of the product. As such, demands for returns, or exchanges on these grounds will not be accepted.
